Handicap Open 4 - 2025
The Forth Handicap Open of 2025! All leading into the end of year Grand Prix.
53 CoLDA players turned out for the event, with representation from all divisions which is great to see!
Latest automatic qualifier was Keith Crean in Silver who went the distance to play against new Premier League player Lukasz Sawicki, Lukasz having to give Keith a 200 point handicap. Great darts from the semi finalists Sean Lutkin and Tom Jansen also - a lot of new players turned out for the evening too!
That is the last of the Handicap Open opportunities to qualify for the Grand Prix Final on 5th December. Along with the 4 automatic qualifiers for winning a night, the top 28 who earned points across the 4 events will be going to form a 32 person handicap knock out. As we will likely have a few players who will require play off to determine the 32 players.
Congratulations to Paul Abbott (Prem), Steven Ferguson (Prem), Leighton Jones (Bronze), and Keith Crean (Silver) on winning the nights. And congratulations to the other qualifiers - should be a good night on the 5th December at the Horseshoe with over a £1,000 prize pot!
Another excellent night of darts at The Horseshoe, thank you as ever to Richard and the team for hosting us once again.
